I have a 6 mm drill bit and a supply of 6.35 mm screws.

Using these, I must fix hardwood to softwood in 100 places.

I can fit a clamp for 90 of these.

How screwed am I?

If a train leaves switzerland at a speed of 9 beers before operating the circ saw, how many fingers do I have left?

I would have to see more of this project to really answer much. 6mm is a pretty big screw, that's about the diameter of a 1/4-20 bolt. You building a yacht?

Use dowels instead of screws. Now you're not screwed at all!

Except for, you know, the other part.
