I attempted to install Bazzite but the installer didn't find my drive no matter what I tried. Maybe because I already had partitions set up on my SSD? I wasn't about to wipe my SSD to find out though since I dual boot with another Linux OS that has full disk encryption set up.

I went back to using Linux Mint Debian edition. Had a couple minor issues but at least I can run steam and the handful of games I want to play.

These posts about it got me to try switching from a windows gaming machine to a Linux one and I’ve been very happy so far. If you’re on the edge, just give it a try.

I've been running Bazzite on a mini pc connected to my main television for about a year now. It's great.

I swapped off windows and cant get helldivers to work. The game runs fine until you drop into a mission then i think the anticheat freaks out and game freezes. No idea what the issue is. But steam always downloads new files when doing integrity check

Also it doesnt seem to save window positions, desktop icon locations, or stuff like volume setting in spotify between restarts.

Those are my only gripes with bazzite so far
