Portland transit dunking on Seattle...again.

I blame these sweet little babies for costing me a fare evasion violation earlier this year. They've got swipe panels inside so you don't have to swipe your card anywhere on the platform, just worry about it after you board. Well, the Max cars (Streetcars are smaller trams that run loops downtown, Max are larger commuter trams that reach the suburbs) do not have onboard swipe panels, and in racing to catch one I forgot this. Oh well I though, it's just two stops to the transfer, I'll hop out and make good when I get there.
Fare evasion enforcement fucking sucks. They showed up like clockwork about 15 seconds after I had that thought. They didn't ticket the guy who got angry and yelled at them when they asked to see his card. But they did ticket me.
Moral of the story, yell at and threaten fare enforcement officers.
