I'm not sure if this'll work, but you could try to set the wine prefix to the same base dir for both of them.
That's what I do, actually. It's worked extremely well for me anyway.
"Run EXE inside Wine prefix"

It might not work, though. I've tried to use a similar tool with Snowrunner, it found the process, but didn't actually work.
Just tried this and it did open toolbox but toolbox got an error. I'm going to try make a script to launch them together.
