Sharing this because I think this old tech in this video is super cool.

Possibly a bit disappointing in some ways if what one of the commenters said is accurate - that the mold could have been cleaned off and the recording listened to. As a non-professional, I was thinking some 3D scan/CT scan/MRI could’ve been made of the record, maybe import it into some computer program and the recreate the cylinder record somehow, but again I have no idea if that’s actually possible.

His channel looks pretty interesting in general :)
