I was double checking the instance rules after seeing !indians_getting_hit_by_trains@sh.itjust.works. The instance rules mention no pornography but do not mention anything about Gore / snuff. Just wanted to confirm the rules since I'm not very comfortable housing my main account on an instance that allows this type of content.

No, we are not okay with hosting that content. Thank you for bringing it up. That is a newly created community within the past two days, and we had not noticed it yet. I have removed the community.

For transparency's sake, I will mention that we have a !combatvideos@sh.itjust.works community which may include some gory content. In that case, the mods approached us before creating the community to discuss what it could contain and how it would be run. The admin team decided to allow it since there is arguably a public interest in documenting what our governments are doing.
