Also gold:

The compiler assumes mutable references are unique and optimizes based on that. When you break the assumption, the optimizer generates wrong code. Compiler skill issue.

should have provided a GPL1 or GPL3orlater instead just for the lols basically all version but the 2, they are all incompatible, only forwards compatible with the or later clause
