Is there a way to fix this problem?, some text is now being showed correctly like hover texts using the oxygen theme.

I have a similar issue with Chromium with Plasma and the dark MacOS theme
I'm seeing the same issue and submitted a patch to fix it: https://invent.kde.org/plasma/oxygen/-/merge_requests/78 For now you can edit your Oxygen theme's .colors file to fix it. It should be in /usr/share/loca/plasma/desktoptheme/.
