Obviously by the naming this community would be for people who found a community themselves (in which it shouldnt be their own, which would be grounds for advertisement which will break this community's rules and should be posted to !communitypromo@lemmy.ca instead; i.e. them finding niche ones or (lesser done) communities not in their instance yet (by, again, for example, them searching for a community from other instances' local community list via third-party clients or by visiting that instance itself) will bring that community to more people to their instance) and wanting to share it (so that people from more instances can see the mentioned found community)
