Well, assuming the trial doesn't come before a Trump-appointed judge, that should be plenty of evidence of malicious prosecution.
Just copying what I commented awhile ago about Ilhan Omar's networth.
Based on what I could find a majority of that networth comes from her husband's businesses, a winery and a venture capital firm. And the jump seems to be related to lawsuits being settled which previously decreased the value of those businesses.
That being said there are plenty of criticisms to made for both Republican and Democratic members of Congress's ever increasing networth and shady stock trades.
My guess is this "investigation" will find nothing but will still try and get a grand jury to indict her.
Or they'll find things that literally every other member of congress is guilty of (like shady stock trades) and punish only the brown-skinned woman.
