What is the cpu and amount of ram?
You can use it to host some services, but depending on the hardware some things might be slow (like the ip cam thing you want to use)
Its a D34010WYB board with an i3-4010U Processor . The ram is one mystery hyperx stick
It should be fine as long as you have a decent amount of RAM (8GB or up) and use Linux as the OS for the services.
Ill try to dig into the ram. Im guessing ddr3l sticks hasnt been eatem by the ai craze... yet
That’s exactly what I’m using for selfhosting, with 8 GB RAM and around 50 docker containers running, from FreshRSS to AdGuard Home, Immich, *arr + Jellyfin, and all that. No issues, runs like a charm off of Fedora.

It should be fine. Look at the minimum requirements for the services you want to run and cross reference them to the specs of your Intel nuc.
The three things that will limit you are your CPU, GPU, and the amount of RAM
Hosting your own services. Preferably at home and on low-power or shared hardware.
