_ Whether the hurricane will affect the F1 weekend at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez is still unclear, but that chance seems relatively small. Mexico City is about a five-hour drive from Acapulco, and the hurricane is expected to lose strength once it makes landfall._

So probably nothing to worry about then.

Isn’t Mexico City in the middle of the country and pretty elevated? I would think a hurricane would lose the majority of its power long before it hits the capital

I could see rain maybe, but I can't imagine it'll be like Imola where it gets completed cancelled. Right now, weather.com is showing the highest chance of rain at like 12% for this weekend.

Where's Bernie and the sprinklers?
