pogolo is now at 1.x.x!

not much has changed from 0.1.0, the most notable things are a docker image (0xf0xx0/pogolo on docker hub), more resilience, and prettier logs :3
umbrel app in the works, api and error codes are considered stable, and i might sit down and finish figuring out aur packages
give it a spin and tell me how it is!
