I wish I could answer this! The person who carved this posted it to Save-A-Fox’s page and didn’t specify materials. I could try asking and see if they respond.

That knife is Made by Morakniv. I have one of their knives aswell and it's really good

Amazing work! I have been trying to work on my animal carving skills recently not quite there yet, there is something really awe-inspiring about seeing the likeness and movement of animals being captured in wood. What is everyone favorite animals to see carved?
