I remember when Pokemon Go first came out and it was all the rage. I saw a couple posts online about how to make your own Pokestop for people who lived in rural areas and/or couldn't travel easily.

So personally, I'm thinking someone who was on the island (maybe even Epstein himself) just made it because they're dumb fucks who gotta catch them all.

Anyone can set up a Pokéstop. It's just that Niantic can remove them if they feel it would be inappropriate for one to be there. They did this once before after someone posted a screenshot of a Koffing they caught at a holocaust museum.
