It doesn't really bother me. Pirelli is just following the directions from either the FIA or FOM when they design the tires. Even if we got a new manufacturer we'd still have very similar tires, just with a different name stamped on them.
Which is why pirelli have the deal, they already know how to make these tyres and F1 just wants consistency.
Really doesn't make much difference who makes the tyres as long as they're safe and consistent.
It depends if you think another manufacturer could hit closer to the FIA target. We know the Pirellis have had issues (most recently Qatar) so Bridgestone or anyone else have to show they could get tire wear where the FIA want it but with better construction.
