Looks great, I'm glad to have an alternative after the syncthing-fork debacle.
It also seems this one only worries about running Syncthing and lets all configuration be done via the Web UI. Pretty smart choice IMO.

What happened with syncthing-fork? I heard about some problem, but I don't know any details whatsoever.

Little bit more on it here:

https://forum.syncthing.net/t/does-anyone-know-why-syncthing-fork-is-no-longer-available-on-github/25661/251

Minimal wrapper for Syncthing on Android. Unlike Syncthing-Fork, it does not use Android’s Storage Access Framework to avoid performance degradation. The intention behind this project can be found here. This one needs more vetting from the community to determinate if the developer is trustworthy.

The dev has some chops. Multiple projects with lots of activity over years. I realize his pseudonym makes people nervous, but his name appears to be Andrew. 😂

basicSync app size 28mb
syncthing-fork app size 165mb

As far as I know that's because the "universal" binary is shipped with multiple platforms supported.

website says 404 but fDroid app opens it🤷

or you can just refresh repos (in fDroid or droid-ify) and it's the first app on the "latest" tab
