We've added an option to disable the controls completely in the latest TestFlight :)
i just want there to be a swipe-away gesture while zooming. needs to happen when we're swiping 'forcefully' well beyond the edge of it.
My preference (which I think I put in the original post) was single tap while zoomed should reset zoom. Then dismiss becomes ‘tap, swipe’ and can be almost instantaneous.
i guess double-tap does it.
im also noting here that the image viewer dismissal is down/up swipe where the rest of the app wants left-edge-to-right swipe
