You have to get all the way to the end to see that it's tagged as "opinion." It's definitely anecdotal and opinion.

The author makes good points, but I wouldn't take any of their classes because the writing is just not good.

It's an opinion piece written by career city planner, professor, and progressive urbanist Bill Lindeke which cites real numbers and facts that will remain a reality regardless of your feelings on the man's rhetorical skill or unfamiliarity with modern journalism norms.

I think he's right, by the way. Minnesota's proposed state transit budget is dangerously regressive.

Who fucking wrote this slop?

What's funny. If you read it in "Donald Trump" voice or "shatner" the nonsensical rambling starts making sense. /S

I’m a bit confused? This is a very valid criticism of the proposed budget and how it is especially bad right now because of Trump’s stupid war in Iran. We desperately need better public transit infrastructure instead of more fucking highways

This is a fluff article....

Imagine a newspaper article that spends over 9000 words circling a topic, tossing in a few quotes, maybe a feel-good angle, but never really delivers hard facts, depth, or anything you can use. It’s polished, readable, even pleasant… but nutritionally it’s cotton candy.
