My bike is far cheaper than both, amusingly it's also faster during rush hour.
Well that is going to start causing panic for fossil fuel companies and petrol heads. Important mile stone. Cheaper upfront and cheaper running costs.
I decided a few years ago that I had 3 conditions for buying an EV.
- They didn't look like something designed by a child
- They got equal range as a petrol equivalent (minimum 350 miles) and were a decent size (I have a kia ceed)
- The price was the same or less than the petrol equivalent.
My next car will be an EV.
