Wonderbrushed 0.4 Beta

Welcome my KDE Konsole users, to the latest update to Wonderbrushed, the Developer's update. This is a new release of Wonderbrushed for developers alike. This is a beta update because there are a bunch more community requested icons, mainly the whole SLEW of Jet-brains IDEs. To get more icons out there faster I'm releasing a beta update. Here is the change-log:

• Added 16 new developer icons

• Added Tux Paint to the creativity section.

• Made Wonderbrushed installable and added installation instructions to the read-me
