Wrapping your car in anime girls is called "Itasha" which is one of my favorite words in the language.

It's comprised of the words for "It hurts" and "car". The closest English translation would be "cringemobile"

There's also the itabag. Same concept, but for bags. Fans of anything (usually anime, idols) will decorate their bags with whatever trinkets to show support to literal pain because you'll be carrying the weight of your fandom.
