Not as close as it looked on TV - not sure why there isn't a line visible in the picture?

There is no line because this is a photo finish. The camera is set up at the line and only records a single pixel width. The shorter the car, the faster it was travelling, whichever car is in front crossed the line first.

Also interesting where he explained why you can see the branding/logo in the background. I wouldn't have even noticed that (or I would have assumed it was photoshopped in.)
