How hot is too hot for resin printing?

That should be fine. Cold temperatures are actually worse for resin because it slows down the curing reaction. I can't imagine you'd have problems at any temperature below maybe 120°F.
One addition- sunlight is very bad for resin printers, so if your garage has windows or you routinely keep your garage doors open keep this in mind.
The printing should be fine in terms of resin. But remember that prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures can still eventually damage electronic components. I’d have a spare lcd screen just in case because you’re likely to reduce its lifespan if you ever get into the 100s.
