Are they talking about the masses of EV graveyards that are rotting away in open fields when they talk about those targets? And that's to say their numbers are accurate which is very rarely the case nowadays.
I want them to go green for the sake of all of us. I really want to, but the only reason CO2 emissions will likely go down is because of rampant decrease in production and a plummeting economy, not because they finally went green out of the blue.
