That’s why I decided against North Korea as my preferred satellite launch provider. There’s no paperwork or bureaucracy and you can just pay online with several different cryptocurrencies but they really need a string of successful launches to prove they can compete with SpaceX rideshares and Rocket Lab in the small satellite launch market.
