Pretty sure he can be a rep while in jail. Expelling him is the easiest way to remove him from congress.
Right. So make him do that. Having a convicted felon try and hold sway from jail while he's being expelled is more agonizing for the republicans. Why would the Democrats want him out before he's a face on a TV in an orange jumpsuit?
