Don't know for sure, but since the image is credited to Getty Images and they have pending lawsuit against AI companies, I would doubt that in this particular case.

I don’t know man, look at all the pixels, it’s very generative. If you look at the center you’ll see that I have no idea what I’m talking about and this was an attempt as sarcasm.
