He's suddenly full of righteous indignation now that he's had a taste of his own medicine. Hypocritical fucknugget.

He wanted to play politics like he's playing business. Maybe his personal rule is to not go after families, but politics doesn't care.

Don't play these games and hit someone if you're not ready for someone else to take a hit.

And the medias aren't going to stop on a lead if they think there is something newsworthy.

As the old saw goes, never pick a fight with people who buy ink by the barrel. Guy's about to have every piece of dirty laundry he's ever forgotten about aired in public.

Of course he'll just go home and cry about it into his swimming pool full of cash, but I'll take billionaire tears over no billionaire tears any day.

He's the wife of Neri Oxman, a former MIT professor who was part of the prestigious Media Lab.

Until Bill started attacking Claudine Gay for her plagiarism, Dr. Oxman's plagiarism had gone unnoticed, but due to the noise he made, people have now discovered that she has a substantial history of plagiarism, including in her own PhD dissertation.

In addition to her plagiarism, she also made a sculpture as a gift to Jeffrey Epstein to thank him for a $125k gift to her MIT lab.

It remains to be seen if Ackman will demand that Oxman's PhD be revoked.

QFT

Meanwhile, Oxman has also been criticized for accepting a $125,000 gift from the late Jeffrey Epstein, the notorious sex trafficker and disgraced financier. Oxman responded to the donation by sending an art gift to Epstein.

Who is he? I think that is less important than it is to figure out which bbq sauce to use on him when it is his turn.

I recommend a vinegar based sauce to cut through the richness of the fatty ego.

I feel like this article didn't really... say anything?

It was kinda just a, like, this is a guy who exists and was mad about the things the ex-president of Harvard said in front of Congress and posted about it on Twitter.

Kept waiting for it to give me more info than that, and it kinda just didn't.

Bill likes to play at hero, and it's a pretty good gig.. there are plenty of scared little people out there who want to believe in a hero..

[-] girlfreddy@lemmy.ca 11 points 2 years ago

Real heroes don't espouse shit like this ...

Ackman has denied being driven by racism in his campaign against Gay, countering that efforts to bring more people of color into positions of power, part of the framework known as DEI, are themselves racist because, in his view, they discriminate against white people.

[-] theodewere@kbin.social -2 points 2 years ago* (last edited 2 years ago)

i said he likes to play at it for people who need it.. didn't say he was a hero..

A billionaire with an opinion. I couldn't care less, except that he's flexing his opinion. I hate that.
