He could though. He could also do weed, or any other drug, steal a car, and maybe even rape a girl. He'll be a "little scamp", and "boys will be boys". The weirdest part is how he could literally shoot every single person inside of an actual church, and at worst he will be a "misunderstood youth".
As opposed to, you know, the dangers of running/walking/drinking water/holding skittles/breathing/BREONNA TAYLOR WAS FUCKING SLEEPING.
But having carte blanche to kill is the draw of the job.
