I would generally recommend torrents since they are available for a longer time and are easier to find for me. If you want to use torrents I would recommend qbittorrent since it is fast and doesnt shove ads in your face. If you want direct downloads I recommend checking out a download manager like jdownloader.

I have no clue how much this will help with mac pirating ~~I dont get why you would even want to game on one if you have a pc available~~, but it will work on windows at least.
