Hi sorry if this is a bad question, I am not a crypto expert. Why not a privacy stablecoin instead of monero when it fluctuates in price depending on if it’s a bull run or not? Thanks

Edit: thanks guys for all the responses. Also I realized how stupid my question is since stablecoins have to be pegged to something which will reduce the level of privacy
