You know, a reason why we liked reddit and stackexchange is the upvotes/awards and that the site tells you what the post owner liked (which is supposed to be the answer you're looking for). what is the alternative here ? or does the admin add a bot to do this stuff on the instance ?

also the search ! we used to use google search and write reddit or stackexchange after what you searched, or like site:mathstackexchange.com at the end of the search query, how do I search for content that I want on this "fediverse" ? or at least in an instance ?

if the question should have been asked elsewhere please tell me, I still struggle with the fediverse

There are no awards here. Upvotes, downvotes, yes, but no awards.

Regarding the search, it's a bit more complicated than just searching on google site:fediverse.com. The content you're looking for could be on any instance (server), so it's best to have a Lemmy account and use the search feature on the web UI to find what you're looking for. Google still isn't trained to search on the fediverse.
