Isn't it unsafe to save unencrypted 24 words locally? Shouldn't we have a BIP39-like format to write 24 words AND need a passphrase to decrypt the seed? (lemmit.online)

I'm a bit unsure about this. I do like the BIP39 format, because it needs the passphrase.

Isn't it unsafe to write 24 words locally? Because if anyone finds your 24 words they'll be able to simply use it. What are the ways around this?
