Had leftover curry from my mom's place and decided to make roti canai for breakfast ๐
Seen lots of Pasta Al Limone videos recently so we tried it at home. Very easy and quick too. To make it more filling, we add some fish (salmon, cod, tuna, or tilapia). Just cook the fish in butter, garlic, onions, and lemon pepper. Then boil pasta with salted water. Throw the pasta in the pan with the fish, then put in 1 or 2 scoops of pasta water. Then add a generous amount of parmesan.

- Do not gatekeep. You're free to enjoy your diet and others should too.
- Posting guide is just a guide. It's okay to not follow it or make your own variation of tag.
- Memes is allowed, as long as it's food related.
