Is there any efforts or movements underway to solicit Elon Musk to begin to accept Monero as payment for internet services? What an advantage to just accepting Monero and not accepting the risk of fiat currencies.

This will never happen. Fiat currency is the reason we even know Elon's name.

Internet, especially global internet in different countries. Has many KYC requirements. Accepting anonymous money might be interesting, but it would not be private. They would still require to know who's using the service at least on paper
