Is paying a premium on LocalMonero still the only way to get XMR without buying other cryptos from a KYC exchange and swapping for it?

I'd really like to get some more, especially after this dip caused by the Binance delisting, but I don't use Coinbase anymore and it seems like the limited options for acquiring Monero are just a major pain in the ass no matter which way you slice it.

I'd also like to start using XMR as a p2p currency more often but the difficult process of acquiring it tends to discourage me from ever wanting to spend it once I finally have it in my possession.

Is there an easier alternative yet that I'm not aware of?
