It comes as an Arizona rancher, George Kelly, faces trial next month on second-degree murder charges in the January 2023 shooting death of Gabriel Cuen-Butimea, who had entered the country illegally and was found dead on Kelly's property. Kelly has pleaded not guilty and said he only fired warning shots.

If your warning shots kill someone, you are still guilty of killing them. At the very least they are pleading guilty to manslaughter. He is also admitting that he is so terrible at shooting that he cannot hit the broadside of a barn.

This is what the right have been wanting for long time. IF this law passes it will get challenged in court hopefully.

But then the Supreme Court will rule it legal then bam all red states will pass similar laws and watch as more than migrants start getting targeted.

Hell I heard some right wingers pissed because that guy in New York got 25 for years rightfully for killing the girl who turn around in his driveway.

Some of these right wingers what it legal to kill anyone for any reason they feel like.
