#MUFC make contact over Feyenoord GK Justin Bijlow. Dutch champions very reluctant to sell but United exploring options, which include Andre Onana.

CF still the priority, costs will dictate next signing. Atalanta’s Rasmus Hojlund fee viewed as too high.

Which CF can we actually afford? I thought Hojlund was on the low end of our budget.

My understanding is that we need to sell players to help with ffp. Related to ffp, I think we paid too much for Antony last summer IMO. He works hard, and he works both sides (defense and offense) but his output is low. Maybe he trains this summer to shoot with booth feets... in any case we do need to both offload payroll (David) to help with Marcus new contract (is it signed yet??) and sell other players to help us get a striker and gk with 90 mil left. (assuming 150 mil limit, 60 mil for Mount). Fred being possibly sold for 15 helps a bit. Who else can be sold? Not sure anyone wants to buy Harry in a way for us not to have to pay his salary... what a mess...

I’m sure Henderson will be sold to Nottingham Forest for around 20mil once we secure our GK.

Here's a list of players who didn't get much playing time or should be moved this summer McGuire 30m + Fred 15m + Dean Henderson 20m + Martial 20m + Alex Telles 5m + Eric Bailey 5m + DVB 10m +

Watching United in this transfer window hurts. There is apparently no plan outside of get Kane which is not going to happen. Thank God we at least got Mount.

I like Bijlow, he's a solid goalkeeper who has grown a lot since his debut for Feyenoord, and has some matches for the Dutch national team under his belt. He's 25, so room to grow. Don't know if he's ready to be the starter today, would rather see him grow into the role to be honest.

What is his style of play? Is he comfortable with catching crosses and sweeping?

The only times I've seen him play were the Dutch games a couple of weeks ago and he was... underwhelming to say the least. Made no saves against Italy (3 shots on target, 3 goals, goal 2 and 3 I reckon he should have done better) and 1 save against Croatia.

Not sure if that's just because Netherlands were crap, but he did come of his line rashly, flapped at crosses and I reckon he would have saved a couple if his positioning was better.

His stats at Feyenoord are a lot better, but the quality is clearly a lot lower than the 2 finals. His stats in European competition weren't as good either.
