It's an easy to use web GIS. Looks quite cool actually.

The author has worked on observablehq.com and currently works on val.town which are both really cool

Sounds like something related to openstreetmap, maybe contact them and see if they can do something with it?

OSM already has Qmap which is similar, and QGIS also had a web gis these days.

Maybe placemark will be easier to run, and it looks like it is a bit more user friendly then the other options, but the niche is already a bit crowded.
