As a mod I'm torn about this post because I agree with it politically, but it's not really a meme. It's just political content and there are other places for that.
Many other posts are just posts.
This is a place to share screenshots of posts according to the sidebar.
But also this is more than "just a post". This is an /aboringdystopia type meme showcasing the ridiculousness of the situation. It just doesn't really invoke the :) emotion but rather the >:( emotion
