Clock solitaire is a lot more descriptive. I'd always heard of the game patience but couldn't picture how it was played.
I’m not certain they are referring to the game of patience (typically Klondike) or the fact that clock solitaire is rough statistically…1% win rate.
The game is called "Patience" - but like the other comment says, it probably has a different name.
How do you play it
It's another name for Solitaire, which is a whole bunch of card games for one player, not just the one that came with Windows.
