That's the version I'll adopt. I haven't moved to immich because of the breaking changes.
Understandable. I am running it since a few months and there weren't that many actually. The most recent one is even opt-in. But I get how its cumbersome to check before an update if anything needs adjusting. Looking forward to a stable release too!
I've been watching it closely. I use photo prism right now, and kinda hate it. I really want an all-in-one immich docker container that can auto update on a schedule. That would be my dream.
Seems like really good news overall, don't really see any significant downsides.
