Monk and Robot books by becky chambers are a good introduction to what is possible in a solarpunk setting.

Most of Ursula le Guin’s work, she’s pretty much the grandmother of solar punk sci-fi.
The short story “A Fisherman of the Inland Sea” (in the collection of the same name) is a good place to start if you haven’t read her stuff before and want a quick sample.
Not a story, but there’s the anime ARIA
I am not much of a reader myself but as a movie i like Treasure Planet but i think it is bit older than solar punk itself or at least i heard of it much later than about the movie.
