Times are great for entry/associate level. I'm coming up on one year since I was laid off. Sooooo many companies now require 6-7 interviews before they make a decision or just ghost you.
Interviews really need to be paid with how ridiculous they have become.
Its fucking ridiculous to go through 7 interviews over 3 months for a $90k job.
Interviews are a farce, many have already been hired or the vacancies do not exist, not to mention the nepotism that exists in companies, that you do not enter without someone close or relative.
