Interesting. As a lonely introvert who forces himself to go out to bars, this makes me question that.
Bars also might not be the best place to connect with someone.
What is the social contract anymore? It used to be "physical proximity means invest in neighbors and friends". Physical proximity now means we have to share germs but I'm getting out of here asap to be on lemmy.
