Only because my family uses it and won't switch to something more privacy minded, I'm stuck with facebook messenger on my phone. Otherwise, I can't really contact them since it's mostly messages through their accounts and not direct from their numbers.
Daily: Signal, email (mostly work related) Not daily but regularly: WhatsApp, Threema Edit: I forgot MS Teams, i have to use it daily at work.
Signal and whatsapp (due necessity) for daily life. Slack and email for work stuff. Rarely send personal emails anymore.
