make sure you put your full fediverse handle in there, hungryphrog@blahaj.zone is not the same as hungryphrog@lemmy.blahaj.zone

failed_to_find_user shows up when it cannot find your account, probably linked to my previous sentence ^

I copied the code and sent it to sc07 but it still keeps telling me "[404] failed_to_find_user". What am I doing wrong?

After you enter your handle it shows a form to enter the code, you take the code from sc## and I put it in the form to verify yourself
