with all of the cameras going out at once, I assume this is probably just a loose cable? if they require replacement, buying a refurbished phone is probably going to be cheaper

Okay dumb question, because I had this happen on my Pixel 4: did you accidentally toggle the camera access button in the notification shade? One day I accidentally did that and thought the same.

Loose or broken cable. You're probably right on the refurbished part too. Depends on what's available where you are. In Canada repair prices shot up as soon as the carrier-owned repair chain bought uBreakiFix Canada. Even battery replacements are now nearly double pre-acquisition.
