Was tempted to call this "Debate 2: Electric Boogaloo" but a) A lot of Lemmy won't get the OG reference. and 2) "Boogaloo" has been co-opted and carries an unfortunate connotation these days.

Also, while it's Trump's 2nd debate of the season, it's Harris's first...

It's being run by ABC News at 9 PM Eastern time, 6 PM Pacific, I see MSNBC starts their coverage TWO HOURS EARLY. That's a lot of air time to fill, guys. Good luck!

Live updates, how and when to watch, debate rules, etc. here:

That't it! Thanks for hanging with it everbody!

Trump trying to outflank Kamala on supporting "the Arabs" and being too stupid and hateful to say anything coherent

[-] return2ozma@lemmy.world 5 points 2 months ago

I can't wait for them to discuss how they're going to fix the housing crisis, give us universal healthcare, and raise the minimum wage...

[-] NuXCOM_90Percent@lemmy.zip 5 points 2 months ago

ABC is really milking the opportunity during the pre-show to push its news division, and to show commercials for all of their TV shows. It’s like an hour long infomercial.

[-] inclementimmigrant@lemmy.world 4 points 2 months ago

Question about Afghanistan, ramblings of NATO.

[-] Lightsong@lemmy.world 4 points 2 months ago

Lmao. Can't even answer the question.

[-] TransplantedSconie@lemm.ee 4 points 2 months ago

I want Trump to attempt to say aspirations.

[-] kescusay@lemmy.world 4 points 2 months ago

Now he's ranting about rally sizes.

[-] LillyPip@lemmy.ca 4 points 2 months ago

She’s on point and he looks bored and lost.
